There's no better way to find out about our leadership development programme, Ambitions, than to hear directly from the facilitator, Rachael Arnold and a leader who has benefitted from the programme.
Our leadership programme, Ambitions 2026: Purposeful Leaders, Effective Boards, Investment-Ready Organisations, has been supporting leaders of mission-driven businesses for a number of years and facilitated by Rachael.
The programme starts on Thursday 28 May (Scale Up) and Friday 29 May (Step Up), and sessions will run for 90 minutes, the programme runs for 16 weeks and is a mixture of online and some live sessions.

Rachael Arnold
Rachael is a seasoned leader in the creative industries and social enterprise sector with over twenty years of experience. She is the CEO of the Creative Entrepreneurs Club - a member-driven community designed to help creative people grow sustainable businesses in an authentic and empathic way.
Rachael was previously Chair of the Board for Youth Theatre Arts Scotland. She is experienced in supporting impact-led businesses and creative enterprises to flourish and grow.
