Tailored to fit your needs.

Social investment is money designed to help you take impactful actions and achieve meaningful outcomes. You could use it to achieve your growth ambitions, ease cash flow along the way or buy assets and vital equipment.

We create tailored funding packages to suit individual customers, accessing finance from a range of active funds.

Access to finance

For Community Development Finance Initiatives (CDFIs)

SIS acts as a fund manager, mobilising and deploying funds into other responsible finance providers who, in turn, offer finance to enterprises and individuals who are unable to secure them from mainstream financial lenders.

Net Zero Transition Fund

The Social Enterprise Net Zero Transition Fund (NZTF), launched in partnership with Zero Waste Scotland, is designed to support social enterprises and the wider third sector to make the transition to carbon net zero.

SIS Ventures
