Struggling with difficult Board dynamics?
Want to take your team’s performance to the next level but not quite sure how?
Looking at succession planning?
Impact Leaders Who Coach is a new programme from Social Investment Scotland designed especially for established social enterprise and charity leaders looking to face down challenges and elevate their leadership abilities.
The programme will give you the space to develop coaching skills, highly relevant for developing your people and getting the most from the teams that you lead.
At the same time, Impact Leaders Who Coach will support you to deepen your learning around topics relating to leading a social sector organisation.
The programme will involve a group of your peers, so you will learn and practice your coaching skills alongside other leaders facing similar challenges, and come away with new connections to support your leadership going forward.
What you will learn:
You will come away from every session with a set of new resources and exercises you can immediately put into practice.
You will:
- Learn coaching skills (listening, questioning, reflection) and how to apply coaching in your day-to-day leadership
- Explore topics relating to charity/social enterprise leadership that are highly relevant to your work
- Benefit from new peer relationships and connections that last beyond the end of the programme.

I got much more than I had anticipated from this programme. We covered coaching, leadership and so much more - really thought-provoking and tools I can and am already using day-to-day - all of which helped me improve my performance and have a greater impact. Thank you so much to Jane for sharing her skills, expertise and knowledge in a positive way, and to SIS for the opportunity to participate. Very much appreciated and valued being part of this excellent programme.”
