Our guest speakers for this session have a wealth of knowledge and experience in the areas of employment law and senior leadership.
You may have to plan and make some big and difficult decisions for your organisation now or in the future based on the the current economic climate and impact of the cost of living.
Our expert from employment law will provide you with an overview to help better inform your decision making process and next steps - should you have to consider redundancies within your business and the best way forward for its future success.
Being a leader can be a lonely place. How do you muster the layers of resilience needed to make key and difficult decisions for the business and the team you lead? At what point do you make them? Any choice is the right choice as long as you know the how and why. Your wellbeing, taking time out and speaking with others you know who can support and guide you is essential at challenging times.
