Through a series of briefings we are here to provide business support to social enterprises, charities and impactful businesses tackling some of the tough and potentially challenging impacts of the cost of living crisis. This session is in partnership with Inspiring Scotland.

You may have to plan for, and make some big decisions for your organisation now or in the future based on the the current economic climate and the impact of the cost of living crisis. What should you be considering?

Our experts will provide you with an overview of the detail to help better inform your plans, decision making process and potential next steps.

In this session we will discuss planning and what support you need when and if you are looking at purchasing a building or the conservation and retrofitting of your existing community building or housing project. Retrofitting existing buildings (these can often listed) and is this worth exploring their potential versus new sites.

What steps can be taken to look at the materials you use, the heating and energy, what are the low and intense carbon emissions - a holistic view of the life and potential of a building and its impact on the community, its sustainability and the environment.

Where do you start and who can you speak to?
