Applications now open for the Ambitions 2026 Programme

Delivered by Social Investment Scotland, in partnership with the Postcode Innovation Trust, the Ambitions programme is designed to support leaders of impact-led organisations across Scotland to strengthen their leadership, sharpen their strategy and grow their social impact.

Building on the success of previous cohorts, Ambitions brings together ambitious founders, CEOs and senior leaders for a structured programme of expert-led sessions, peer learning and practical support. Participants gain the time and space to step back from day-to-day operations, reflect on their organisation’s direction, and develop the skills and confidence needed to lead sustainable growth.

Through facilitated discussions, shared challenges and insights from experienced practitioners, the programme helps leaders explore topics such as commercial growth, storytelling, customer insight and building the right team around them.
