NSASC are a volunteer-led, communityrun social enterprise that uses skiing, snowboarding and tubing to improve health and wellbeing and create social change. Profits are reinvested within the local community, providing access to personal development, employability
and training opportunities.

Previously a SIS loan customer, NSASC’s General Manager Stevi Campbell approached our Market Building team for advice on a specific leadership challenge she was facing. We referred her to the SIS Associate programme, which offers social enterprise leaders up to four days of one-to-one support from experts with considerable experience and skills in their respective fields.

Stevi could choose from a range of SIS Associates and connected with Jane Bruce, who had previously faced a similar challenge. Jane is the founder of Brilliant Leaders, a transformational coaching and development organisation for mission aligned leaders and teams. Jane’s coaching is based on the belief that everyone has the potential for leadership and the ability to make a positive impact.
