Our team are spread across Scotland, working from our Edinburgh office, home or community and co-working venues. We meet face to face at least quarterly for ‘Moments that Matter’.

We work flexibly, so you can structure your working day around both work and personal commitments. In the winter, we encourage colleagues to take an extended break and get outside for some fresh air and vitamin D.

We offer a competitive pension scheme with SIS contributing 8% of a team member’s salary when the individual makes a minimum contribution of 4%.

Recharging your batteries is important. SIS full-time team members benefit from 39 days leave per year, including Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year’s Day and the 2 of January (allowances are adjusted for part-time hours).
